Please read our policies below and be sure to inform your party members.
Guests are expected to be respectful to our staff, act appropriately and always follow the guidelines listed below.
No PETS (certified service animals are permitted)
NO LARGE BAGS OR PURSES, the gate attendant will ask to peek inside for safety purposes.
NO CUPS! NO OUTSIDE FOOD! NO SMOKING!
NO ALCOHOL can be brought in, no exceptions. ALL alcohol must be purchased at the winery! Violators will be asked to leave immediately!
Food trucks are first come first serve. Please be patient as this is not a fast-food drive through. In effort to reduce wait times we have added two food trucks to some nights.
Please remember, we do not allow ANY outside food or drinks containers brought in (ie: Sonic cups, Yeti cups, bottles of pop or water, beer, etc)! This is in effort to ensure that we have no prohibited alcohol on winery premises.
As always, we will offer wine, wine slushies, cider, summer sausage, cheeses, crackers, and non-alcoholic drinks (soda & water) for purchase.
We will not be offering tastings during concert events. If you want a tasting, please book one during our regular tasting hours.
The tasting room restroom will be closed to customers; however, we do have outdoor restrooms available.
To maintain compliance with the laws set forth by the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control which govern our Kansas farm winery license, we do not allow beverages of any kind to be consumed on Stone Pillar property. All beverages from anywhere must always remain in your vehicle. Failure to abide by these laws subjects us to hefty fines and a loss of our license. Violators will be asked to leave the property immediately.
All bags brought onto the property are subject to search. Bottled water, and a variety of sodas are available for purchase.
Kansas ABC laws, and our concern for your safety, prohibit us from serving alcohol to customers we determine to be under the influence of alcohol or otherwise perceivably impaired. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or group for this reason. Noticeably intoxicated or belligerent guests will be asked to leave with a sober driver, or a cab may be called at the guest’s expense. Any violent comments, actions, or resistance to follow these guidelines will be responded to by the Olathe Police Department.
